Lynn M. Griesemer combines her background in psychology, human resources, writing, speaking and leadership to bring you a multi-faceted perspective. Happily married for over 25 years, she currently serves as a Marriage Coach and is committed to helping you make your marriage great.

She is the author of Reenergize Your Marriage in 21 Days and the host of the weekly internet radio show, "Your Marriage Matters."

Lynn is an internationally known author and considered a leader / advocate of the controversial childbirth choice, "unassisted homebirth," (giving birth intentionally without a doctor or midwife). She is the creator of Speaking Made Easy: A public Speaking Program for Middle School Students and Speak Up! A public Speaking Program for Young Adults, public speaking programs for children ages 10-18. She is a former Army Officer, Human Resources Manager and invested sixteen years homeschooling her six children.

 

 

Lynn and her husband Bob have given presentations to over 1000 engaged people as volunteers for the Arlington Diocese's Conference for the Engaged Program (2005-2007). She also served as a volunteer counselor at Birthright of Charleston, South Carolina (Crisis Pregnancy Center).

Lynn joined Toastmasters International in 2001 and was awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) in 2006. Lynn is a health and fitness advocate, is an award-winning triathlete, lost 50 pounds in 2006-2007 and has kept most of it off. She currently serves as Assistant Organizer for Northern Virginia Raw Food Meet-Up Group.

I try to keep current in my field and am passionate about many things."

Certifications from several professional and military courses, including Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI). Will submit application for Professional Certified Coach (PCC) at the International Coach Federation (ICF) when I reach the requirement of 750 coaching hours and at least 25 clients.
